Qittle Mobile Marketing becomes a Member of The Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce
The Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce (HISCEC) is an online Hispanic business association focused on promoting Hispanic businesses via the Internet and the use of e-business tools.
The Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce was launched in April 2008 to pursue our passion for e-commerce and the Hispanic business community. It was incorporated in the state of California as a for-profit corporation. We have been passionate about e-commerce since 1998. Our knowledge about the digital economy and the Hispanic Market has developed over the years. Three years ago, we decided to create an online Hispanic business association that could contribute to the growth and development of an online Hispanic business community.
